Ingredients
- (1 1/2 lb) Lean Ground Beef
- (2 (7 oz) pouches) Korean Stir-Fry Simmer Sauce (such as Saffron Road)
- (12 Fajita-size) Flour Tortillas
- (1/2 cup) Kimchi
- (1/4 cup) Roasted, Salted Peanuts, Coarsley Chopped
- (1/4 cup) Cilantro Microgreens
- (3 Tbsp) Siracha Mayonnaise
- (1) Lime, Cut into Wedges
- (1/4 cup) Spicy Salad Mix Microgreens
Directions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add simmer sauce; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Meanwhile, heat tortillas according to package directions.
- Fill tortillas with beef and kimchi. Sprinkle with nuts and cilantro. Serve with mayonnaise and lime wedges.
- Top with additional microgreens, if desired.
